Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Account Executive for Amazon Seller Account in Thailand, who is willing to work with us as a team, ready to go through all the rough journey as we are in the building stage with full of opportunity on hand. As Amazon.com is the largest online marketplace in the world, we are helping Thai entrepreneurs/manufacturers sell their products on Amazon.com with the full loop of the services. The Account Executive will be responsible for identifying, targeting, and marketing Amazon.com for Thai sellers of all sizes to grow the Seller’s business in the Amazon marketplace in the United States. The primary goal of this role is to aggressively market to these Sellers the benefits of selling their products through Amazon.com to support the Amazon Global Selling business in meeting its account acquisition and output goals.

Responsibility

  • Identify, qualify, market, and cultivate Seller’s commitment to the Selling on Amazon program.
  • Analyze customer data and make recommendations to the Amazon Global Selling business (Product Research). Execute successfully on the marketing plan recommended.
  • Create photo briefs and content.
  • Plan the inventory in order to ship the product to the Amazon warehouse just in time.
  • Implement and track metrics for recording the success and quality of the Sellers. Use these metrics to guide your work and uncover hidden areas of opportunity.
  • Understand Amazon Global Selling products as well as specific country regulations to support Thai Sellers.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the e-commerce industry and competitive environment including knowledge of competitive product offerings and the United States markets.
  • Prioritize and complete additional projects while continuing to market the Amazon Global Selling business to prospective new Sellers such as mentorship, competitive analysis, and marketplace analysis.
  • Engage with Sellers to understand their needs and gauge fit with the Amazon Services product set.
  • Develop a clear understanding of the Selling on Amazon products along with the features and functionalities.
  • Prepare and deliver business reviews and insights of the sales & advertising performance to customers.
  • Pitch our services to customers, create an agenda and minutes of the meeting, hold the meeting with customers, and close the projects.

  • Experience in marketing and pitching nascent products/services to new markets and customers
  • Ability to communicate and hold the meeting with the customer
  • Highly analytical with the ability to manipulate and analyze data
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong team player with proven ability to work harmoniously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Thai and English

Preferred Qualification

  • 1+ year experience of successful sales and/or business development experience, preferably in e-Commerce.
  • Experience using analytical, marketing, and productivity tools including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva.
  • Experience doing paid advertising online
